About Attorney Scott McVarish
Scott McVarish is an award-winning attorney with almost 20 years of experience. He is the founding attorney of the Employment Litigation and Negotiation Office. Attorney Scott McVarish is rated 10/10 – Superb on Avvo.com, the leading national rating system for attorneys. Originally hired as the youngest staff counsel for the California Teachers Association, McVarish is known as a zealous advocate for his clients yet maintains productive relationships with opposing counsel. His philosophy of providing steadfast representation to clients has resulted in awards for client satisfaction from multiple institutions for his legal advocacy. McVarish is also a proud member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (“CELA”).
McVarish graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in International Communications, and then later earned a joint- J.D., and M.A. from the UCLA School of Law and School of Public Policy respectively where he won numerous awards. Scott studied “Ethics and Theology” for one year at El Seminario Biblico Latinoamericano in San Jose, Costa Rica and remains fluent in Spanish. He passed the California State Bar in 1998.
